DynamoLogic Solutions (Islamabad) is seeking an experienced Scrum Master (Full-time, Hybrid) with 3+ years of proven industry experience. As an experienced Scrum Master, you will be responsible for driving technology projects and delivering project outcomes while collaborating with product owners and team leads. You will use appropriate Agile methodologies to ensure work is sufficiently defined, stays on schedule, and is free from impediments. Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Guide the team in effectively using Agile principles and Scrum practices to achieve project goals.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to refine and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder requirements.
• Identify and resolve impediments, fostering a productive environment for high-performing teams.
• Ensure timely delivery of sprint goals while maintaining quality and alignment with client expectations.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement by coaching team members on Agile principles and practices.
• Track team progress and metrics, providing visibility to stakeholders through regular reporting and updates.
• Facilitate cross-team coordination and collaboration to address dependencies and align deliverables.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation related to Scrum processes, team agreements, and retrospectives.
• Partner with leadership to identify and implement strategies for scaling Agile practices across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field from a recognized institution.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification is required.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Exceptional facilitation, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to guide and mentor teams in adopting Agile practices.
• Hands-on experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or similar).
• Experience in a technical role such as QA or development is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results.
• A proactive mindset and ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
