DynamoLogic Solutions is seeking a talented and driven HR Intern to join our dynamic team. This is a hybrid opportunity that offers you the chance to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, with the potential to transition into a full-time role. You will work closely with our HR team to support recruitment, employee relations, training, and administrative tasks in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records in HR databases and systems.
- Help onboard new employees, ensuring all documentation is completed and employees are introduced to our company culture.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Handle basic HR queries and provide support to employees as needed.
- Aid in performance management tasks, including data collection and report generation.
- Perform general administrative duties, such as filing, data entry, and preparing reports.
- Collaborate with the designer to manage the company’s social media pages.
Requirements
- Graduate of a reputable university with majors in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field
- Basic know-how of HR practices and social media usage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive attitude with attention to detail.
