A UK-based company providing nationwide Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) and related property assessments sought to create an intuitive website where property owners and businesses could obtain instant EPC quotes, book assessments, track orders, and access a full range of property certification services.
Their main challenges included cumbersome manual booking processes that slowed down service delivery, limited customer engagement and accessibility due to an outdated interface, lack of an automated system to generate real-time price quotes, and no centralized order tracking for customers.
We built a modern, responsive website using Laravel, Node.js, AngularJS, and jQuery, integrating an instant quote system, online booking, customer tracking, and testimonials to enhance user experience and trust. The solution provides an end-to-end digital platform, eliminating inefficiencies and improving accessibility for EPC services.
As a result, the website now enables real-time quotes, direct booking, and smooth communication between the company and clients, reducing manual workload, improving order processing speed, and successfully entertaining 20, 000+ monthly organic visitors.

Previously, pricing was determined manually, requiring customers to call or email for a quote. This delayed the process, increased workload, and led to inconsistent pricing. Now, users can receive real-time EPC quotations by clicking the “Get an Instant Quote” button. The system prompts them to select the property type and required services, instantly generating a competitive price based on their input, eliminating the need for manual inquiries.
Manual booking required back-and-forth communication, leading to slow response times and abandoned requests. Once users receive their quote, they can immediately book an assessment through the website. A team member reaches out within 24 hours to confirm the appointment and arrange payment, ensuring a smooth, hassle-free booking experience.
Customers had to contact support for status updates, increasing the workload for the client’s team. We implemented the Order Tracking functionality, with which registered users can track their order status in real-time through a dedicated tracking system. This feature provides live updates, ensuring customers stay informed about their service progress without needing to contact support.
Lack of social proof made it difficult to build credibility and convert visitors into customers.
