NationwideBER provides Building Energy Rating (BER) certificates for commercial and residential buildings across Ireland. The company contacted DynamoLogic Solutions to help them create a comprehensive platform that will help them manage their business online. They required two main functionalities. Firstly, their users should be able to book an inspection of their property by filling out and submitting a form with the required details from the NationwideBER website. Secondly, they needed a system that allowed them to analyze order details and assign the order to available field workers to ensure timely inspection and certificate delivery. Apart from these main functionalities, the client requested online order tracking, a live chat feature, integration with marketing platforms for conversion optimization, and a scalable website.

Dynamologic Solutions has years of experience creating custom customer relationship management solutions. We had previously developed two similar CRMs for this client, which is why we didn’t face any particular difficulty during the project. Nonetheless, we paid special attention to features that could pose challenges, such as integrating secure payment gateways like Cybersource while ensuring smooth transactions. We wanted to ensure that errors, refunds, or failed transactions are handled smoothly from the platform.
Another key aspect was managing the dynamic availability of fieldworkers and ensuring smooth appointment scheduling for customers. The CRM had to accurately reflect the real-time availability of fieldworkers, preventing double bookings or scheduling conflicts.
We integrated Cybersource to ensure secure payments. It is a trusted and secure payment gateway that complies with industry standards such as PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard).
We implemented a custom scheduling system that updated the availability status of the field workers in real time. The admin staff responsible for assigning orders to field workers and the field workers received automated notifications and reminders to ensure that all parties are informed in real-time of changes and current status.

Our experience has taught us that instant, real-time assistance to users to resolve their queries or issues is essential to user experience and brand relations. It is directly linked to reduced cart abandonment, increased conversions, and consumer trust and loyalty. We integrated the live chat feature to NationwideBER to capitalize on the benefits of Live Chat, contributing to brand image and enhanced user experience.
