Building a platform to record and transcribe call center interactions needed precise automatic speech recognition and transcription. It was also required to handle varied accents and audio quality.

Developing a minimalistic yet functional dashboard was tricky, as it needed to present extensive analytics without overwhelming users.

Designing a role-based access system for super admins, office admins, and users proved complex due to varying privileges and secure onboarding requirements.

Solutions

Our solution integrated Whisper v2, an advanced AI-driven speech recognition model, to accurately convert spoken language into text. ChatGPT was used to efficiently extract key conversational data from the transcriptions.

The solution combined an intuitive UI with interactive area charts and filtered data views, enabling easy navigation and interpretation of call statistics.

Role complexity was resolved by creating a robust framework that automates passkey generation and email verification, ensuring only authorized individuals access appropriate data.

Using IIS Azure and SQL Servers, we successfully implemented an optimized data structure linking these elements, ensuring smooth data retrieval and efficient query performance.

Question Hive offers a robust role-based access system designed for clarity and functionality. This translates to super admins who can oversee all platform operations, from adding new offices to managing users and monitoring activities across the system.

Office admins have the autonomy to manage users within their designated office, including editing details, creating new accounts, or assigning admin rights to other users. Regular users are restricted to viewing and managing only their own call logs and statistics. This hierarchical system ensures operational efficiency and data security.

An Intuitive Office Creation Workflow

The office creation feature simplifies administrative tasks for super admins. Offices can be added by filling in detailed fields, including name, address, call rail token, and contact information. Once an office is created, the platform sends an automated email to the designated admin with a unique, auto-generated passkey. This ensures secure account creation and seamless onboarding. A powerful search filter allows super admins to efficiently locate specific offices or users based on granular details.

A Comprehensive Call Listing and Analytics Module

The call listing module logs detailed information for every call, including status (answered or missed), duration, customer details (name, phone, city, state, country), and business-related data. This feature offers advanced filters to help admins and users drill down into specific calls or trends, making it easier to analyze performance and improve operations. Admins can also track performed actions, providing a clear picture of call outcomes.

Simplified Dashboard Navigation With Integrated Communication Features

The admin dashboard is designed for ease of use, featuring tabs for Calls Listings, Payments, Content Plan, About, and Contact Us. Navigation is intuitive, with clearly labeled sections and quick access to core functionalities. A notification bell at the top-right corner alerts users to new messages, while an integrated messaging widget ensures seamless communication across the platform.

Dedicated Support and Assistance Modules

The ‘About’ tab provides contextual information about users and calls, aiding in a better understanding of the system’s functionality. The ‘Contact Us’ page offers a direct line of communication for users to report bugs, submit queries, or request platform assistance, ensuring smooth operations and timely support.
