Manual processes left sellers needing real-time insights into their property performance while buyers struggled with laborious appointment scheduling. They needed a shift to digital property management.

View Live Property Updates

Gain real-time transparency on property viewings, buyer interest, and feedback through a dedicated dashboard. Here, users can manage and monitor every key detail, like address, price, and status, along with a visual progress tracker for every transaction stage. It also helps sellers gauge market response and change the offering for better rates.

Book Video Valuation

Schedule video consultations directly through the platform for property valuations and in-depth analysis. On this tab, users book a video valuation by filling in a form with basic details such as number of bedrooms, postal code, and property type. They can also subscribe via email to receive an automatic notification every time there is a status change to track in the valuation process.

Centralized Messaging Feature

We integrated a quick message feature to facilitate buyers and sellers so they can communicate effortlessly with their assigned sales progressors. We also added the functionality of filtering messages based on property-specific threads accessible via a sidebar listing all associated properties with notification indicators for unread updates.

Interactive Calendar

With a smart calendar feature, users get to manage and customize their property viewings at their fingertips. It helps them stay updated on scheduled meetings, send reminders to buyers and sellers, and organize everyone’s availability. Whether it’s a one-time meetup or a recurring slot, you can easily manage and ensure your presence from anywhere, anytime!

Viewing & Offer Management

Track viewings, receive buyer feedback, and compare offers within a single platform. This feature helps sellers collect insights from potential buyers to improve property appeal, monitor buyer interest, and efficiently handle offers.

Move Management Checklist

Organize the moving process with ease using a step-by-step checklist. This includes setting the estimated move day, instructing the conveyancing solicitor, confirming your mortgage, and more. From finalizing contracts to updating addresses, users can track the sale’s progress and ensure nothing is missed.

Express Estimate

Sellers can find the value of their property with an accurate Express Estimate feature. Our valuation calculator considers several complex market features, including variance of property values according to post codes. You get accurate estimates without hassle!
