The form collects details such as the user’s full name, postcode, property type, number of bedrooms, and contact information. This ensures that the valuation process is personalized and accurate. 

The system confirms the booking immediately, and users are informed through email notifications, providing appointment details and a link to join the video call. This feature offers convenience by eliminating the need for in-person visits and allows sellers to receive an expert assessment of their property from the comfort of their homes. 

Property Listing & Search

The Property Listing and Search feature is a comprehensive yet user-friendly platform for browsing available properties. Each listing provides detailed descriptions, high-quality images, and essential information such as price, location, and property type, allowing potential buyers to make informed decisions at a glance. Additionally, users have the option to schedule viewings directly from the listing page.

The search functionality is robust, offering multiple ways for users to refine their property search. Users can narrow results by purpose (for sale or to let), location, price range, and property type (detached, semi-detached, terraced houses, and apartments). For a more precise search, users can also look up properties by street name, ensuring they find listings that closely match their preferences. The system further enhances search results by displaying similar properties based on the postcode entered.
