Senegal Software’s website was struggling to keep up with modern standards. The outdated design wasn’t just an aesthetic issue — it impacted user experience and engagement.
Visitors also found the interface clunky and difficult to navigate across devices, making it challenging for the platform to convey its full value and personalize the experience for diverse audiences.
The website did not have dynamic features to engage visitors, increase site dwell time, or convert them into leads, resulting in missed opportunities. Additionally, managing software Knowledge base was cumbersome as it lacked a proper structure, making updates time-consuming and leaving users without easy access to relevant resources.
Another key challenge was integrating video transcripts from Vimeo. Doing it manually was inefficient, especially with a high volume of content to manage. This process was draining valuable time and resources that could be better spent elsewhere.
Our first focus was giving the website a much-needed facelift by building a modern, sleek design with a user-friendly interface that made navigating the site intuitive and enjoyable.
To further personalize the user experience, we added industry-specific static pages. Each custom page contained category-specific content, video demos, and clear calls to action, ensuring visitors found exactly what they needed. We also added cross-device compatibility to the website to provide a consistent experience across desktops, tablets, and smartphones.
We introduced a dynamic auto-generated Table of Contents (TOC) and Index feature in the blog and Knowledge base content. By simply placing shortcodes within posts, users could create TOCs and indexes that accurately reflected the hierarchy of content, from headings to subheadings.
Lastly, our team automated the process of integrating Vimeo video transcripts. Instead of manually downloading and uploading transcripts one by one, we created a bulk handling system that saved time, reduced errors, and enhanced both accessibility and SEO performance.

The Referral Program page offers a structured incentive plan to encourage users to promote Senegal Software. The four-step process ensures simplicity: users sign up, register leads, receive demos, and earn rewards upon deal closure. The Industry Pages have been designed to ensure users quickly find staffing solutions that address their sector’s unique recruitment and talent management challenges. We used a task-based layout, grouping functionalities like onboarding, recap reporting, and event management under intuitive headings. The recap reporting demo video is positioned strategically to showcase real-world use cases, while the final CTA at the bottom ties the page together, prompting users to explore further or schedule a demo.
The SenegalHire solution targets staffing agencies that need to manage a large number of temporary, part-time, or event-based staff. The content is split into distinct sections covering ATS, CRM, Marketing, and Finance to prevent information overload.
